1. Access is for adults
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding agreement. Give accurate information when it's requested, and do not allow a minor to use your access. Suspected underage use may lead to restrictions while we investigate.
2. Conversations depend on the callers
The service provides voice introductions, messaging, and phone conversations. It does not provide a promised match or relationship. We cannot guarantee who will be available, where they live, or that their statements are accurate. You decide which conversations and any later meetings you wish to pursue.
3. Check the offer before spending
Women receive free service access. Eligible new male callers can use the free trial explained on the chat line; further time is paid. Trial limits and purchase conditions must be reviewed before you accept the offer. Carrier charges are separate from service charges.
Only authorize purchases using a payment method you have permission to use. Any recurring billing requires your agreement. Contact us about an unfamiliar charge or missing minutes, and include the transaction reference where possible.
4. Respect the person on the other end
No harassment, threats, hateful abuse, fraud, impersonation, or requests for money. Do not pressure another caller to continue, disclose information, or participate in an unwanted conversation. Exploitation, unlawful activity, and content involving minors are prohibited.
Do not record or distribute a conversation unless everyone involved has agreed. Do not interfere with the phone system or bypass restrictions. Protect any access credentials and report suspected misuse of your account.
5. Permission to deliver your content
You are responsible for the greetings and messages you submit and must have the right to share them. You keep your rights in that material. You allow us to store, process, transmit, and play it for the purpose of providing the service and handling related reports. This is not permission to use your voice in unrelated advertising.
6. Personal details and complaints
The Privacy Policy describes how we handle information. What you voluntarily tell another caller may be kept or used by that person. Be careful with identifying details and do not rely on a greeting as proof of identity.

7. Restrictions and service interruptions
We may remove content or restrict access to address a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or legal requirements. You may contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Paid balances are handled under the disclosed purchase conditions and applicable law.
Maintenance, faults, and other interruptions may affect availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular outcome from using the chat line.
8. Responsibilities and legal rights
To the extent permitted by law, the service is offered as available without implied warranties. We are not responsible for another caller's independent conduct merely because you met through the chat line. Nothing in these terms removes liability, remedies, or consumer protections that the law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Updates and getting in touch
We may revise these terms and will update the effective date. Significant changes will be brought to your attention as required, with fresh agreement obtained where necessary. If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions remain effective.
